Where orders ship from
Orders may be dispatched from Kumeai RFID in Shenzhen, China, or from Kumeai Group in San Diego, California, United States, depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
Order processing
- RFID readers: normally dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- UHF RFID label orders of 2,000 units or more: normally dispatched in approximately 7 business days.
- Custom or high-volume orders may require additional production time. We will confirm the expected dispatch date before fulfilment.
Delivery services and estimated transit times
- Orders dispatched from the San Diego warehouse: normally processed within 3 business days, with approximately 5 business days of transit time after dispatch.
- Standard shipping from China: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch, using services such as YunExpress or postal mail.
- Expedited shipping: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, using services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or an incorrect delivery address.
Shipping cost and tracking
Available delivery methods and shipping charges are shown during checkout or confirmed in the quotation for custom orders. When tracking is available, we will provide the tracking number after dispatch. International parcels can also be tracked at 17TRACK.
